Long-term accommodation with a complimentary buffet on weekdays from 07:00 to 10:30 and on weekends from 07:00 to 11:00.

Discount is provided from the official tariff.

Additional bonuses:

• for stays of 7-10 nights or more: 5% on the menu of the GRILLYARD restaurant and the room service menu, 10% on laundry services, complementary late check-out before 16:00 (subject to availability);
• for stays of 10-15 nights or more: 5% on the menu of the GRILLYARD restaurant and the room service menu, 15% on laundry services, complementary late check-out before 18:00 (subject to availability);
• for stays of 15 nights or more: 5% on the menu of the "GRILLYARD" restaurant and the room service menu, 20% on laundry services, complementary late check-out before 18:00 (subject to availability);

Booking conditions: the minimum specified period of stay must be at least 3 nights. If the guest reduces the booking, the hotel reserves the right not to provide a discount and to make a reservation at the hotel's open rate on the day of arrival.
