We offer two early check-in options: guaranteed and non-guaranteed.

Guaranteed early check-in must be requested in advance from the hotel. This service costs 100% of the daily room rate, as we will hold your room from the previous day. In this case, you can check in at your convenience.

Non-guaranteed early check-in is available subject to room availability for an additional fee: from 12:00 AM to 1:59 AM on the day of arrival, 100% of the daily rate is charged, and for check-in between 2:00 AM and 2:00 PM, 50% of the daily rate is charged.

For late check–out, payment is set at 50% of the set room rate per day in case of departure before 18:00, after 18:00 - the full cost of accommodation per day is paid.

Check-in at the hotel is carried out only upon presentation of the original identity document, issued in accordance with the established procedure, including:

• passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;

• passport of a citizen of the USSR, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, until it is replaced by a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation within the prescribed period;

• a passport certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation;

• military ID card, - during the period of mobilization, during the period of martial law and during wartime with a continuous stay in a hotel not exceeding 90 days from the date of arrival at the place of stay;

• a passport certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation or a birth certificate with the provision of identity documents for legal representatives or close relatives who are with him - for a person under the age of 14;

• a passport of a foreign citizen or other document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a foreign citizen;

• a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a stateless person;

• temporary residence permits for stateless persons;

• Residence permit for a stateless person.

Free parking is available for hotel guests in front of the main entrance from Kanonerskaya Street. The number of seats is limited. The hotel does not book or guarantee the availability of parking spaces. Please note that for the first entrance to the parking lot, you must contact the hotel reception upon check-in, where the administrators will provide information on how to use the parking in the future.

You can also use the paid city parking area on Kanonerskaya Street or on the embankment of the Griboyedov Canal, where the second entrance to the hotel is located (please note that the entrance to the hotel from the Griboyedov Canal is closed from 00:00 to 07:00).
