Visa support

Almost all foreign citizens need a visa to travel to Russia. A Russian entry visa is issued by the Embassy or Consulate of the Russian Federation in your country of residence. To get a visa, you need to:

• Get visa support from the hotel (send a written request to the hotel's reservation department: reservation@inrusinvest.ru
• Print out your visa documents and submit them to the nearest Russian consulate/embassy

The cost of visa support services for each of the guests registered at the hotel is included in the cost of their stay. In case of cancellation of the reservation or non-arrival of the guest, the cost of visa support provided is 3,000 rubles, including 20% VAT, for each case of such service.
